REFUNDS and RETURNS

CareAlert Products Inc. has every confidence in the reliability and quality of its product. If however a product is found to be defective, then it will be replaced totally free of any charge during the first 12 months of operation. Return postage fees will initially need to be paid for by the customer, however in accordance with the full warranty; this fee will be credited to your credit card or nominated account.

Please include a full explanation of the fault and the date and name under which it was purchased. A completely new dialer will be posted to you without charge once the original fault has been correctly diagnosed.
